Interlibrary Loan Requests
Interlibrary Loan Requests may be submitted to the WPL Interlibrary Loan Department in person, via WebCat, or by using one of two on-line forms accessible from the links below.
The first of the forms is provided as an expedient for Seneca District Librarians and the second as a service item for Warren Public Library card holders.
The second form may be used by any Warren County public library card holder provided the patron is willing to pick up the requested item at the Warren Public Library. Library patrons wishing to pick up their material at another public library should place their request with that library.
